Peptide calculator

Enter your vial size and your dose. You’ll see the water to add and how many units that dose is on an insulin syringe. Blends of two peptides work too.

Most peptide vials hold up to 3 mL of water. Some, like NAD+ and glutathione, come in bigger vials that hold more.

Common questions

How do you calculate peptide reconstitution?

Divide the amount in the vial by the volume of bacteriostatic water you add. A 10 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 5 mg per mL. To find the units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, divide your dose by that concentration and multiply by 100.

How much water do you mix with peptides?

There is no single correct volume. The amount of water sets the concentration, and the concentration decides how many units you draw. WikiPep picks a volume that makes each dose land on a 5 or 10 unit mark, because those are the marks people can actually read on the barrel.

How much mL do I add to 10 mg of peptides?

Commonly 1 to 3 mL. With 2 mL, a 10 mg vial becomes 5 mg per mL, so a 500 mcg dose is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. More water makes each dose easier to measure but fills the syringe further.

How do you work out reconstitution?

Three numbers: the amount in the vial, the water you add, and the dose you want. The first two give the concentration; the dose divided by the concentration gives the volume, and 100 units equals 1 mL on a U-100 syringe.

How do you calculate a peptide blend?

Add both amounts for the vial total: 5 mg CJC-1295 plus 5 mg ipamorelin is 10 mg. With 2 mL of water that is 5 mg per mL. Every draw holds both peptides in the vial’s ratio, so 4 units hold 100 mcg of each. The calculator’s Blend option shows that split.
